By shopping with Rooted Soul Botanicals, you agree to the following terms:

1. Returns & Exchanges  
All returns must be made within 20 days of purchase with a valid receipt.  
Please note that plants are non-returnable, as they are living items. However, you’re welcome to bring your plant in for care advice or to troubleshoot any concerns.  
Cosmetic and body products may only be returned if unopened and unused for safety and hygiene reasons.  

2. Payments  
We accept major credit/debit cards, Shopify payments, and other listed payment options. Prices are subject to change without notice.

3. Product Availability  
Our products are small-batch and handcrafted, so availability may vary. Substitutions may occur when natural ingredients or seasonal materials are limited.

4. Care & Use  
Our plant care advice and product information are provided for educational purposes only. Always follow product labels and use items as directed.  
All herbal and skincare products are for external use only.

5. Liability  
Rooted Soul Botanicals is not responsible for damage or misuse of products once they leave our shop. Please handle plants, oils, and other items responsibly.
