All returns must be made within 20 days of purchase with your receipt.

Please note that plants are non-returnable, as they are living items — but you’re always welcome to bring your plant in with any questions or concerns, and we’ll be happy to help it thrive!

Cosmetic and body care products may only be returned if unopened and unused for hygiene and safety reasons.
