We take great care in packing and sending your orders so they arrive safely and beautifully!  
Here’s what to expect when ordering from us online.

1. Processing Time  
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. During busy seasons or for handcrafted items, processing may take a little longer — we’ll always keep you updated if there are delays.

2. Shipping Methods  
We ship through USPS and UPS, depending on your location and order size.  
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

3. Local Pickup  
Prefer to skip shipping? Choose free in-store pickup at checkout. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup at our shop.

4. Damaged or Lost Packages  
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos and details so we can help make it right.  
We’re not responsible for delays caused by carriers or weather conditions once your order leaves our hands.

5. Shipping Area  
We currently ship within the United States only.
